OUR METHOD
After 7+ years in the fitness industry, I’ve seen and worked with a wide range of body types and conditions. Never have I met someone and thought, “Pilates concepts won’t work for you.”
While my method is not considered “classical” in the Pilates community, it has continued to help me serve many diverse clients, all with differing needs and goals.
Good Bones Pilates uses a combination of Pilates inspired reformer and traditional strength training exercises – two modalities that will not only support, but transform, the body you’ve spent your life in.
As a four reformer studio, you can expect personalization, individual guidance and total inclusion from all of our instructors. We refuse to ask your body to work for Pilates and instead demand that Pilates works for YOUR BODY.
