BONE DEEP: Our signature 50 minute athletic style reformer class. Innovative strength + reformer moves, set to a flowy tempo. Deep muscle burn outs, with classical strength training concepts. Previous reformer experience is recommended.
LAZY BONES: 50 minutes of restorative reformer flow. Emphasis on body balance, unlocking length, stretch and full body recovery. Great for beginners and those looking to get to know the reformer better.
JUMP MY BONES: 45 minutes of high intensity Reformer. Jump board, mat work, and Pilates cardio concepts will be intertwined to bring you our sweatiest workout. Previous reformer experience required.
