Tara Abadi

Pilates Instructor
Born and raised in Los Angeles. Tara loves to talk all things fitness and health. After moving back from New York she fell in love with what pilates did not just to her body, but her mind as well. Strengthening her relationship with herself, better posture, and more confidence just to name a few. She wanted to bring this feeling to anyone and everyone she knew. She received training in classical and athletic reformer Pilates. Tara is a voracious reader and eater, and enjoys her free time spending hours in coffee shops with a book, and helping local mutual aids with underserved youth programs. Her dream is to open her very own coffee shop, and teach Pilates until she’s 75. Her goal is to make you feel good, and she’s a stickler for form so you’ll be looking good too.

Additionally, Rochelle has completed a mentorship program with Ascend Pilates, refining her ability to teach effectively and address the needs of each individual client. She remains committed to deepening her understanding of the Pilates method and continues to pursue ongoing learning opportunities. Emma Griffin

Pilates Instructor
Emma first started exploring Pilates during her final year of drama school. She had tried nearly every single movement modality to support her acting training but while some of those things helped, she still seemed unable to move in a fully integrated fashion. In Acrobatics class, she felt like a floppy worm on the floor, barely able to do a simple forward roll. The teacher, a strong stocky gymnast, would yell at her "EMMA, USE YOUR CORE!" but she had no idea what that meant… Within three weeks of discovering Pilates, the same teacher was now amazed at the sudden change in Emma’s movement quality. She never looked back! After practicing for many years, she realized that she would love to help others who were like her and during the pandemic, she completed her teacher training back home, in Australia. In 2022, she moved back to Los Angeles and began her teaching journey. I teach Pilates to help people find a more efficient way of moving and achieve good posture. It really transformed the way I move, and I believe every person on the planet should have access to this so they can live a happier, pain-free life.
